Account deletion
How to request account deletion and what happens to your information when your account is removed.

Delete from the app
Open Settings, choose Account, then choose Delete account. The app will explain what will be removed and ask you to confirm before the request is submitted.
Need help?
If you cannot access your account or the in-app deletion flow is unavailable, email support@spaxel.app from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify ownership before processing the request.
What happens next
We will delete or de-identify account information, profile information and associated content within a reasonable operational period, except where information must be retained for security, fraud prevention, moderation, transaction records, disputes or legal obligations, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
If you have an auto-renewing Prime subscription, deleting your Spaxel account does not automatically cancel billing through Apple, Google or another payment provider. Cancel the subscription separately through the provider.
